We contracted with Francisco and his design team to remodel our kitchen. Our kitchen was lacking in providing a functional workflow. We cook at home often and wanted to redesign the space to allow for an improved workflow but also an updated and original look. Francisco and his design team provided a design that offered a much more functional layout but also had an original and timeless look that matched our style. They incorporated finishes that we wouldnt have thought of but loved such as the walnut cabinets, light fixtures and so much more. Once we signed to move forward with construction, Francisco diligently worked to source the right trades for the different parts of the kitchen. One that was especially challenging was the cabinetry given the modern walnut style. Francisco was amazing at matching us up with people we all agreed was up to the task. As construction began Francisco and his design team stayed engaged and on top of every part of the process and helped us make decisions and adjustments as we went. There were several complications given the age of the home but, he was able to work through all of them. Two things stood out for us when working with Francisco's team. First, he is extremely humble and listens to his customers. We had negative experiences with several contractors that would only do things their way and would listen. So his ability to approach his projects and customers with empathy stood out. Secondly, he provided the ability to have the designers engaged through the entire process; which was essential. For a project this scale, nothing goes according to plan and you have to adjust. The designers feedback and counsel on those adjustments, I believe, crucial for ensuring what was constructed stayed true to their vision. I would definitely recommend Francisco's team for rennovation projects. In fact we already contracted with him for redesigning several other spaces to match our kitchen. We hired IHI to close out some cedar fencing on our house along with installing a sliding gate. They were taking over a job another scammer had taken our money and ran off with. They were incredibly professional and showed up on time and did high quality work. They finished the rolling gate and fencing project in under a week and stained the new fencing to match the rest of the fence. They did all this for a very competitive price. I will definitely use them again for any home needs and recommend them to anyone!

Francisco and his team created the ideal master bath for us! Our updated bathroom is gorgeous!!! They were courteous, respectful, masterful, and completed the work with 100% success!!!

We contacted IHI in our bid to add a patio cover over a 16x20 concrete slab in our backyard. Francisco was easy to work with, responsive, and professional throughout the bid and project completion. There were some delays due to late winter weather but he kept us informed and up to date throughout, which was appreciated. The crew was efficient, completed the job faster than expected, and left a clean worksite. Wanted to write this review after spending some time with the finished work and can confirm we're satisfied with the construction quality and know we got a fair price considering the lumber market. We'll definitely give IHI a call for future home improvement projects.

Quality, Reliability, Excellent Customer Service! We decided to hire Integrated Home Improvement for our kitchen and media room remodel and have not regretted it in the least. We were impressed by the range of offerings including design, project planning and finance services and we took advantage of most of these. The attention to detail and the attentiveness from Francisco is what truly impressed us. The project was planned, and the timeline was communicated to us in an efficient manner. Francisco prioritized our needs during the remodel including the necessity to have access to certain kitchen appliances that would allow us to continue cooking at home as much as possible! He did his best to coordinate the different teams in charge of completing different jobs and accommodating a range of schedules, including ours. He also took accountability for any hiccups, which we greatly appreciated. He anticipated potential delays which helped with our planning process. The end result was a beautiful remodel without any major delays! We were delighted with the quality of the cabinet modifications and paint job from Ricardo's team and grateful for their expertise and kind suggestions. We did encounter a few minor issues that are likely common in kitchen overhauls; however, Francisco and the team took care of these issues very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and we've received many compliments! We are very happy with our remodel and will be doing business with Francisco and his team again!

Integrated Home Improvement renovated my kitchen cabinets, and added brick veneer to living room and dining room, as well as upgrading plumbing fixtures and painting cabinets in the bathrooms, installing an Edison light fixture, and painting all doors, and trim throughout the house; changing it from (in my opinion) a bland abode, to an industrial bachelor pad. I love how the brick veneer turned out. Their customer service was on point too.

Wanted to give a quick word out to Francisco and Integrated Home Improvement who bid on my kitchen remodel project recently, although I didn’t end up going with them, I was very appreciative of how quick, responsive, and professional Francisco was in addressing many of my questions and inquiries during the estimate process. Their estimate was quite competitive compared to the other GCs I went to bid on my project. Because of the current high cost of labor and materials that we’ve all been facing lately, I decided to hold off in hiring them at this time and do most of the coordination in doing the kitchen remodel project by myself. I really wanted to work with them but unfortunately their bid was a little over my budget. Regardless of that, I would definitely recommend inquiring with Francisco and his team to anyone who is looking to do any home improvements in the near future.

The crew was super-efficient. They came a day early. Superb workmanship. Wrought iron fence looks better than new. I'm going to use Integrated for any other project that may come up. Price was only slightly higher than one-person contractors but efficiency and reliability was way above expectation. For that, I'm very satisfied with the work.

They completely remodelled my bathroom sink/cabinetry and I am VERY impressed with the attention to detail, the speed of the project, and the sturdiness of the result. When I mentioned that a certain thing did not look as I had imagined, they immediately fixed, absorbing the extra cost, to ensure I was 100% satisfied and excited about my new bathroom. I have already recommended them to many of my friends.

We had a concrete slab porch of roughly 300 sf at the front of our house that we wanted to tile to improve the drive up appeal. I got three bids and IHI was the most responsive, most professional and had the best price for our project to boot. They hit it out of the park. We were done in less time than predicted and the result is absolutely beautiful. IHI is 5 star all the way and I recommend them without hesitation.

Francisco's team did an excellent job of sealing and power washing my deck he also worked on my gate and my fence. He kept me advised of the progress every step of the way. My iron fence painting was done promptly and even some extras were done for free (fixing a loose latch with a stripped screw. From quote to completion, the project was handled professionally and promptly.

Had a really great experience getting my fence stained. It was kind of a last minute job that needed to get finished and they were super fast and efficient about it. Fence looks perfect.

IHI did a great job at my house. They painted 3 rooms and the master bathroom and everything looks amazing. The painter forgot to put back some of the electrical outlets' plates and the owner came personally and did it! I will hire IHI again, no doubt.
